Dato’ Sri Khairul Dzaimee is a seasoned public servant with a distinguished career spanning various key roles within the Malaysian government. Since September 2024, he has served as Secretary-General of the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development, where he currently spearheads strategic initiatives to foster entrepreneurship and drive cooperative development, significantly contributing to Malaysia's economic growth and innovation.

Prior to his current role, he held pivotal positions as Secretary-General of the Ministry of Human Resources and Director-General of Immigration Malaysia and Legal Affairs Division. His career trajectory began in 1996 as an Assistant Secretary at the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) in Kuala Lumpur followed by rapid advancements within various ministries.

His international experience includes a successful tenure as Programme Director at the Colombo Plan Secretariat in Sri Lanka. With a steady rise through the ranks, he has held key positions such as Deputy Under Secretary, Under Secretary, and Deputy Secretary-General in several ministries, including the Ministry of Housing and Local Government and the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Dato' Sri Khairul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia and a Master of Arts in Strategy & Diplomacy from the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations Malaysia (IDFR) & Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
