Ahmad Feisal Umar has more than 20 years of experience in information technology, covering IT management, systems integration and the delivery of large-scale programmes across both the public and private sectors.
He has been involved in implementing enterprise technology solutions for key organisations, including Telekom Malaysia, Tenaga Nasional and various Government ministries. His experience includes managing end-to-end project delivery within multi-stakeholder environments, overseeing implementation teams, and coordinating with clients, principals and technology partners to ensure effective execution of projects.
He was involved in the development and implementation of the Automated Enforcement System (AES), a national initiative undertaken in collaboration with multiple Government agencies. His responsibilities covered system integration, coordination across stakeholders, as well as supporting implementation and subsequent operational requirements.
Feisal holds a Master of Science in Engineering Business Management and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), both from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. He takes a structured and practical approach to his work, with emphasis on delivery, stakeholder coordination and the implementation of systems that support organisational requirements
