Reza Huzairi has a long history in the corporate sector. His career started in 2002 at Petrosains Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Petronas. In 2005, he joined MISC Bhd (Oil & Gas Logistics), moving up the ranks to become Manager and HR Business Partner (FMS, GTS & LNG) in 2008. He left in 2009 to become Manager of Employee Development & Corporate Communication at Emery Oleochemicals (M) Sdn Bhd, focusing and consulting on performance management, development, employee relations, and internal and external communication initiatives to ensure the success of business plans, strategies, and initiatives. Though he had a short stint at the company – he left in 2010 - he accomplished the implementation of the New Job Description Project Globally (Asia Pacific, North America, Europe) and the Organizational Design Project.
He later served at Multimedia Development Corporation in a similar capacity, providing his expertise in performance management, talent development, human resource integrated system (HRIS), and reward management. He successfully put into operation many related key initiatives and projects before leaving in 2013 to join Dialog Group Berhad as Head of the Human Capital Development Department. Some of the many industries he managed to achieve at the company are the implementation of HRIS (Lumese), Centre of Excellence Blueprint for Dialog Group, Young Engineers Programme for Group Operations, and Dialog Management Training Programme.
Reza Huzairi is a graduate of MARA University of Technology, Shah Alam. He holds a Bachelor (Hons) of Mass Communication. He is a Certified Coaching and Mentoring Professional (CCMP). He is an Industry Advisor for Master, Degree, and Diploma programs in the Human Capital Management Department of Economics and Management at International Islamic University College, Selangor. He has also been invited as a speaker at human resource and dynamic leadership forums. His outstanding work and contributions earned him the 2021/2022 Best Employer Branding Award and Accreditation.
